The HSE management system in the Amir Kabir Petrochemical Company believes that it should act based on science and managerial models approved in the world's accredited organizations. In this regards the HSE-MS standard has been defined as a process.

Achievements

·         Institutionalizing the accident analysis method by modeling from ICE BERG method and compilation of a book from the results.

·         Identify the weaknesses in the dominant mental models in Amir Kabir Petrochemical Company and assess them and prepare training packages for high risk groups.

·         Establishment of the HSE Integrated Management System Based on HSE.MS Standard.

·         Receiving a letter of appreciation from Special Economic Zone Organization on the occasion of September 29th, day of safety and firefighting, in 2011.

·         Receiving a letter of appreciation from the 3rd National Conference of HSE Managers and Specialists of the Oil Ministry for the presentation of paper in 2010.

·         Receiving a letter of appreciation from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences for cooperation in the research project of reviewing work shift systems and proposing the appropriate system in 2009.

·         Receiving a letter of appreciation from the health department of Oil Industry for interaction and cooperation in conducting periodic examinations and 100% coverage of occupational examinations in 2009.

·         Receiving a letter of appreciation from the Economic Special Zone and Health Department of Oil Industry as the best professional health for covering 100% of occupational examination and improving health indicators and the absence of occupational diseases in 2010.

·         Receiving a letter of appreciation from National Petrochemical Industries Company for holding the Health Festival in 2010.

·         Receiving Green Industry Certificate from Environmental Protection Agency in 2008.

·         Receiving a letter of appreciation from Khuzestan Environmental Protection Agency for participation in the Specialized Exhibition of the Environment.

·         Receiving a letter of appreciation from National Petrochemical Industries Company and Environmental Protection Agency for participation in the first Environment, Industry, and Sustainable Development Conference in 2007

·         Receiving silver statue from the 5th Green Economy Festival in 2008

·         Setting a record of 21266044 person-hour activity without fire.
